Have you ever found yourself in an unexpected place or situation? I have. We may find ourselves in surprising places but God is never surprised. We do have a choice on how we respond to where we find ourselves. We can be miserable or we can be a light for Jesus. I have found myself in the hospital and in an assisted living facility.
Through it all, I had a nurse pray for me. I had a Biblical conversation with a nurse, and I met the chaplain. At the assisted living place I am at I discovered one of my caregivers is a Christian and his Dad is a pastor. They all know I am a believer. Do not be afraid to shine, blessings await you that you cannot imagine and God is with us. You can bloom where you are planted.
For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your
ways (Psalm 91:11 NIV).
“‘Because he loves me,’ says the Lord, ‘I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him’” (Psalm 91:14-15)
"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (Ephesians 3:20)
